Overview
We want you to love your Sling & Clutch piece. If something isn’t right, our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your order number with any return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
