Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, the items in your order, and the shipping method you select — nothing is charged until you confirm your order.
Order Processing
We process and dispatch orders promptly. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships, with tracking included where the shipping method provides it.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren’t included in the shipping cost or price shown at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, or tracking shows a problem, get in touch with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.
